1. Acceptance of Terms

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM IT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of letsshave.com (the “Website”) and any purchases from LetsShave Pvt. Ltd. (“LetsShave”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Agreement incorporates our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use indicates acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

2. Products, Offers & Order Acceptance

2.1 Terms of Offer. The Website offers products (including razors, blades, and grooming items) for sale. We may modify or discontinue offers without prior notice.
2.2 Free Razor/Promotions. From time to time, we may offer a complimentary handle or gifts with refills. Such offers are optional, time-bound, subject to availability, and governed by the specific terms shown at checkout.
2.3 Pricing, Availability & Errors. All prices are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after you place an order) and to cancel orders affected by such errors with a full refund.
2.4 Order Acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; our confirmation email acknowledges receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the product(s). We may cancel any order (e.g., stock limits, pricing/description errors, suspected fraud) and will refund any amount charged.
2.5 Taxes. Applicable taxes are charged as required by law and displayed at checkout.
2.6 Proprietary Rights. All trademarks, trade dress, layouts, images, text, and content are protected by IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute without our prior written consent.

3. Payments & COD

3.1 Payments. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.). By submitting a payment, you represent you are authorized to use the method.
3.2 Cash on Delivery (COD). COD, where available, may carry an additional fee per our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to limit COD orders or require order confirmations.

4. Customer Communications

4.1 Electronic Communications. By using the Website or sending emails, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app), subject to applicable opt-in laws.
4.2 Marketing Opt-Out. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing [email protected]. Transactional communications will continue.

5. Website Use & Content

5.1 Content & Links. Website content is for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party links are for convenience only; we do not endorse nor control their content and are not responsible for any damages arising from their use.
5.2 Acceptable Use. You agree not to violate laws; interfere with the Website; transmit spam; scrape, crawl, or use bots without permission; or defame, harass, or harm others.
5.3 Limited License. Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for normal, non-commercial purposes.
5.4 User Submissions/Reviews. By posting or transmitting content (including reviews), you grant LetsShave a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, assignable license to use, copy, display, perform, create derivative works from, distribute, and transmit such content in any media. You are solely responsible for your content. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

6. Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Shipping. Timelines, charges, and coverage are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6.2 Returns/Refunds/Cancellations. Our Refund & Return Policy applies, including:
• Due to hygiene, razors, blades, and personal grooming products are not returnable once opened/used.
• Gift boxes are non-returnable; replacements (if any) will not include gift wrapping.
• Products sold as combos cannot be returned individually.
• Returns are considered only in rare cases within the specified window and are subject to inspection and original packaging/invoice.
• Cancellations are permitted until an order is packed or shipped.

7. Disclaimers

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
LETSHAVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AS TO THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, AND PRODUCTS. We do not warrant that information is accurate or complete; that defects will be corrected; that third-party links are reliable; or that specific results will be obtained. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties; parts of this section may not apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETSSHAVE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; parts may not apply.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LetsShave and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your breach of this Agreement, (b) your use of the Website or content, (c) your purchase/use of the Products, (d) infringement or violation of rights, or (e) violation of law. We may participate in the defense at our expense; you may not settle any claim affecting LetsShave without our written consent. This section survives termination.

10. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

11. General Provisions

Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond reasonable control (acts of God, disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, network failures).
Cessation of Operation. We may, at our sole discretion, cease operating the Website and/or distribution of Products.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings.
No Waiver; Severability. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect and the invalid provision is enforced to the maximum extent permissible.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Chandigarh, India. Courts in Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial.
Statute of Limitations. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it accrues.
Waiver of Class Action. YOU AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Termination. We may suspend/terminate access if you breach this Agreement; provisions intended to survive termination do so.
Domestic Use. The Website is controlled from India; access from other jurisdictions is at your own initiative and responsibility for compliance.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights/obligations; we may assign without notice.
